At Anirup Technologies LLP, we believe in transparency and fairness in all our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are applicable for our different digital marketing and web development services.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. PPC Advertising Services

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, Paid Campaign Management)

Eligibility for Refund

a) 100% Refund – Before Work Starts

  • A full refund is applicable only if the refund request is raised before any work has commenced.
  • “Work commencement” includes:
    • Account access review
    • Strategy discussion or consultation
    • Campaign planning, keyword research, or setup initiation

b) Refund After Work Has Started

  • Once work has started, refunds will be issued after deducting applicable charges, including:
    • Campaign setup & onboarding fee
    • Pro-rata management fee (based on days/services already delivered)
    • Any consultation, audit, or strategy fee already provided

c) Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup & onboarding fees
  • Consultation or strategy fees
  • Any completed or partially completed work

d) Ad Spend Disclaimer

  • Advertising budget paid to platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is strictly non-refundable.
  • Ad spend is separate from our management fee and governed by the respective platform’s policies.

2. SEO Services

(Search Engine Optimization)

SEO is a long-term and effort-based service, and results depend on multiple external factors.

Refund Terms

  • 100% refund is applicable only if work has not started.
  • Once SEO work has begun (audit, keyword research, on-page or off-page activity), no full refund is applicable.
  • Partial refunds, if approved, will be calculated after deducting:
    • SEO audit charges
    • Keyword research & strategy fee
    • Pro-rata charges for work already delivered

Important Note

  • SEO results are not guaranteed and vary based on competition, website condition, and search engine algorithms.
  • Lack of ranking improvement alone does not qualify for a refund.

3. SMO / Social Media Marketing Services

(Social Media Management & Promotion)

Refund Policy

  • 100% refund is available only before any work begins.
  • Once content planning, creatives, posting, or ad management has started:
    • Setup fees
    • Creative/design costs
    • Pro-rata service fees
      will be deducted before processing any refund.

Non-Refundable

  • Content creation, graphic designs, reels, captions, or posting already completed
  • Paid ad spend on social platforms

4. Website Design & Development Services

(WordPress, Custom Websites, Landing Pages)

Refund Terms

a) Before Project Start

  • Full refund is applicable only if development work has not started.

b) After Project Start

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting:
    • Project planning & UI/UX design charges
    • Development work completed till date
    • Plugin/theme/license costs (if already purchased)

c) No Refund Scenarios

  • Once the website is approved, delivered, or deployed
  • Delays caused due to non-availability of content, feedback, or approvals from the client

5. General Terms (Applicable to All Services)

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support channel.
  • Refund approval is subject to internal review and service status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • We do not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, rankings, or ROAS.
